"Paris Porcelain Plate, Locre Manufacture, 18th–19th Century – Floral Decoration"
Beautiful Paris porcelain plate, Manufacture Locre, late 18th - early 19th century. The polychrome, hand-painted decoration depicts bouquets of brightly colored flowers, harmoniously arranged on the rim and in the center of the plate. The edge is highlighted with a gilt border. On the reverse, the piece bears the characteristic blue mark with two crossed sticks of the Locre manufacture. Authentic and decorative piece, representative of the refinement of Paris porcelain at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries.
Good general condition, no cracks or chips. Slight wear to the gilding and small traces of use normal for an old piece.
