Surprising and large wool tapestry showing the Baptism of Tiridates IV, King of Armenia, in the year 314. Period 1900-1930. Very good general condition with preservation of colors. Dimensions 310x164cm. Model after a work made between 1650 and 1700 in Iran which was a ceramic wall covering panel. This work is kept at the Louvre Museum.
