"Giambaldi Francesco Bronze Vase "
Francesco Giambaldi, Italian, born in Lecce in 1867, came to Paris just before the 1900 World's Fair. He was a friend of Rodin and writers. He made this vase in 1902, published by A. Arnould, the French artists' society, listed in Paris Salons 1900, page 283. This bronze represents "young woman against a tree", perfect condition, original patina, large size, has its base, which makes it suitable for use as a vase.
