Late 18th Century Directory Walnut Sofa

Elegant,compact tub sofa, crafted from solid hand-carved walnut. The sofa isdistinguished by its truncated pyramid legs, with the front legs ending insmall, feral feet, adding a tasteful touch. The backrest and curved arms areembellished with geometric carvings that enhance its elegance. It is a verycomfortable sofa, thanks to its enveloping backrest and adequate depth. Theblue fabric seat adds a further touch of class. This authentically crafted sofaadds style and refinement to any space. Made in Lucca (Tuscany, Italy) duringthe Directoire period, around the end of the 18th century.
