Toulouse Lautrec's brother didn't wear pince-nez, but he portrayed himself with the same aplomb as his famous elder when he posed for the photographer. Same clothes, same cane, same headgear, same beard, I would go so far as to compare their looks... So, it could be that the painter had a brother.
