Pair of jugs, boars. Silver-plated metal, glass. Probably Spain, circa mid-20th century, after designs by Valentí. Pair of clear glass jugs decorated with spirals on the exterior and a silver-plated piece carved in the shape of a boar's head, hinged to serve as a lid, with colored eyes and a tail forming the handle. They bear no mark, but follow the style of Valentí, a Barcelona master well known for his boar's head jugs similar to those shown here
