Beautiful large solid oak double panel monastery doors from Portugal with wooden hanging system. The oak is finished in its old terracotta-colored, weathered varnish and has a beautiful patina. The doors are each adorned with four simple squares with carvings. They are heavy and rot-free, with occasional old (treated) woodworm holes. Handmade in the 17th century.
