ITALIAN CHEST OF DRAWERS FROM THE LOUIS XIV PERIOD, FIRST HALF OF THE 18TH CENTURY. THIS 18TH-CENTURY FURNITURE IS TYPICALLY MADE IN BRESCIA (LOMBARDY) FOR THE LOCAL ARISTOCITY. IT FEATURES A WAVELING FRONT, DRAWERS VENEERED IN OLIVE WOOD AND INLAID, AND THE SIDES HAVE INLAID OLIVE WOOD PANELS. THIS FURNITURE IS IN GOOD CONDITION, ALTHOUGH IT HAS SOME DEFICIENCIES, AND RESTORATION IS OBTAINED.
