Funny title, funny object. There was a time (not so long ago in fact...) when screens did not exist... or at least remained discreet... At that time, it was necessary that students attending natural science courses, which included anatomy lessons, could have a visual that illustrated the course material. This was called didactic material. The vertebra, of a good size (37 cm x 26 cm x 7 cm) was first shown in a masterful way before being manipulated and observed in 3D by the students... It was still nicer than screens... Especially since the natural latex material (rubber tree) was pleasant to the touch. Object in superb condition with its original colors.
