"F551 "big Tulip" Armchair, P. Paulin For Artifort"
A true Artifort classic, the F551 "Big Tulip" was designed by Pierre Paulin for Artifort in the Netherlands in 1959. This Tulip armchair for Artifor was only produced for a short time, making it a collector's item.
And as if designer Pierre Paulin had anticipated the era of Flower Power.
His design evokes a half-open flower, with graceful, inviting leaves unfurling beneath the seat.
