Superb large art nouveau covered vase "wheat fields and sunflowers" by A. Erdmann. Impressive piece in gilt bronze, richly decorated with a floral base, ears of wheat, acanthus leaves as handles and a lid in the shape of a sunflower. Beautiful fineness of chiseling, all the charm of the art nouveau period with this very vegetal decoration. 45 cm high, signed on the side, well referenced (the lid is often missing), more than 6.6 kilos.
