"Reliquary Of The Passion With 10 Martyrs - 19th Century "
An enamelled medallion depicting Christ wearing the crown is surrounded by bagged relics of ten Martyr Saints from the first centuries. The Passion of Christ relived by these first Christians with the most complete self-denial.
The following Saints are honoured here, in a precious arrangement of cannetilles, beads and coloured glass beads: Clement, Benigni, Honorati, Fructueux, Mansueti, Amandi, Constant. Other phylacteries are difficult to read.
The whole is presented in a gilded wooden frame.
Dimensions : 21 cm by 16 cm.
