"Louis XV Wall Cartel "
Beautiful gilt bronze cartel clock after a model by Caffieri called "day and night", representing Apollo on a chariot symbolizing the dawn and Cupid veiling sleeping Venus symbolizing the night, 19th century period, wear to the patina. A similar model is kept at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston dating from the 18th century. We are including its pendulum and its two keys.
