Amazing little oval mirror, from the 18th century, both for the mirror itself and for its support. Very decorative, fully treated, it is topped with a shell carved in the mass, the top of which is slightly abraded. Very thick support, in walnut. Perhaps a woodwork element? Some reflections of an old gold polish. French work.
