Bust Of The Virgin With Halo, Glazed Ceramic, Vintage/antique Craftsmanship

Rare, very beautiful small bust of the Virgin with a halo, handmade ceramic, enameled, vintage/old 30s-40s. Art deco style, engraved under the base "France" reminiscent of the style of Turin production of the same period. White ceramic, cream enamel, large golden halo and veil. Soft face, closed eyes, small nose and small mouth, thin eyebrows. 23cm max height, 18cm max width, about 12cm max depth. Good condition, patinated gilding, degilded reliefs, some chips, 3 at the bottom left on the veil, 1 at the top at the back of the halo, 1 at the bottom left at the back, a few small more discreet ones on the edge of the halo at the front, 1 at the bottom left, a few small ones on the top, and a few others on the right. Overall discreet, does not distort the object. Approximately 1,200kg.
