"Mappin & Webb, Large Silver Metal Serving Tray"
Large rectangular silver-plated tray by Mappin & Webb, a prestigious English silversmith house founded in 1775 and official supplier to the British Crown. Dimensions: 50.5 × 37 cm. Model with finely worked guilloché decoration, with a central medallion adorned with an engraved monogram in the shape of a stylized anchor. Border with rounded corners and simple and elegant molding. High-quality antique piece, robust and perfectly usable. Shows marks and micro-scratches of use consistent with its age, without major deformation. Its generous size allows for the presentation of a complete tea service, glasses or dishes at receptions.
