Antique Pearls Sapphires Gold Earrings
We are now presenting an unusual pair of antique pearls sapphires gold
earrings in the form of a flower with 5 petals covered by very small
natural pearls all mounted in 14K Gold. In the middle there is a pavè of
blue sapphires. The whole is very elegant and lively resembling a gold
beautiful flower. From Sicily, second half of the 19th century. 14K Gold
(touchstone tested). The old goldsmith hallmark is on the hooks. They
are in perfect condition. Small natural pearls was fished by the
Sicilians in the east mediterranean coasts and used also for jewellery
