Beautiful altar decoration in carved and gilded wood. Gilding present but worn by time. A medallion of a Madonna's head is surrounded by volutes, acanthus, foliage, shells, flowers and scrolls. Period: late 18th, early 19th century. Good condition of the carved woodwork. Height 47 cm, Width 39 cm, Depth 13 cm
