Paul Eschbach 1881/1961 French painter born in Paris. Member of the French Artists Association, he obtained medals, he was a student of JP Laurens and Winterstein. He was first a portraitist then a landscape painter of seascapes and snowy landscapes. This painting represents a peaceful winter landscape typical of a winter countryside scene.
