Christofle Saigon model 61-piece silver-plated cutlery set, Art Deco style. This model was designed by Luc Lanel for Christofle in 1939. It serves 12 people and includes:
- 12 table spoons, 20.5 cm
- 12 table forks, 20.5 cm
- 12 tea/coffee/dessert spoons, 14 cm
- 12 table knives
- 12 cheese knives
- 1 ladle, 33 cm. Some slight visible scratches from use and a very beautiful shine.
Alfénide hallmark in full.
84 weight hallmark, good silver plating quality
Alfénide is a silversmith brand created in the 19th century by a certain Charles Halphen and acquired by Christofle in the early 20th century. Christofle used the Alfenide brand to produce some of their models that duplicated others in their range
