Chestnut shoe called sole in leather, wrought iron and wood. Used in the Cévennes to peel chestnuts.
These were crushed, after being dried, in order to remove their two skins to make flour.
This shoe is sold in its own juice, clean, healthy and in good condition, the leather as well. I leave it to you to wax it to give it all its splendor.
