"Engraved Slate Stone Dated 1779 Decorated With Donor Names"
Here is an 18th century slate plaque, it bears engraved names of donors. It is authentic and old. We have attached a short explanatory text. This stone was found on rue d'Alger in Nantes after the bombings of September 1943. The 20th century frame is made of oak. For the condition, note traces of wear, small chips at the bottom and top, a small hole on the right. We report traces of wear on the frame.
