Beautiful and opulent marquetry chest of drawers with marble top. Characteristics: this chest of drawers is entirely marquetry with very modern diamond-shaped patterns, and has grooves on its first drawer, its lower part and its two uprights. It has a beautiful black and white marble top, in very good condition, with only one small lack on its rear right corner (visible in photo). This chest of drawers opens with four drawers, the first being lower than the following three. The first drawer locks with a key. The other three drawers no longer have their locks and open with a metal handle of the same style, which recalls the color of the top. Renovation: this chest of drawers, whose original varnish was damaged, was sanded. It was then protected with a colorless wax which highlights its beautiful marquetry and the patina of the wood.
