Antique Bohemian Opaline Uranium Double Overlay Glass Centrepiece With Rich Enamel Decoration
A baluster-shaped jug with a sloping body, made of chrysoprase-green Bohemian opaline, featuring a white opaque side handle accented with gold, complete with its removable lid with a polylobed, undulating rim topped by a spinning-top-shaped fretel. The body and lid feature a rich polychrome enamelled and gold decoration with motifs of floral scrolls, vine tendrils, foliage and floral medallions in the Neo-Rocaille style.
