The 18th century fan collections required the creation of box-shaped frames at the end of the 19th century to protect and display them. This large one is gilded with two patinas on the edge. Complete with its old glass and its back. The dimensions of the fan to be framed could be 27 cm in length of branches and approximately 80 cm in span.
