Love Note Secretary Marquetry Charles X Period Restoration 19th 19th Century

Charles X period love note or secretaire in marquetry of lemon tree fillets on rosewood veneer, decorated with neo-Gothic windows. The flap reveals a paper holder, as well as two hinged drawers equipped with an inkwell and a sand box. The period red morocco with gilt edges has been preserved. A cache is present on the top of the love note.
