Elio Schiavon (Padua 1925 - Trento 2004) was an Italian ceramist who attended the Ceramics School of Nove and then earned his artistic master's degree in Venice.
In 1954, he opened a kiln in Padua, where he produced both commercially oriented objects and works intended for architecture and urban design. His kiln soon became a school-workshop and a key meeting point for various artists. Schiavon is known for his ongoing artistic research and the integration of artisan tradition and artistic experience.
