Wooden tape measure dispenser with a hatted man's head and sulphide eyes. The tape comes out through the mouth, then rolls up by turning the knob on the side.

Dimensions: height 4 cm x width 4 cm x depth 3.5 cm.
Made in France or England at the mid-19th century.
