"Empire Sword Ornamental Bronzes "
Gilded bronze cast decoration depicting Empire swords. Beautiful representation where the handle, the guard, the scabbard decorated with palmettes are very well executed. The baldric (belt) comes to entwine around the scabbard, we can clearly see the belt buckle and the hanging rings. Almost to scale, they measure 96cm in length. Beautiful gilding for these decorative elements. No missing parts to report. 19th century cast.
