Bronze with dark green patina. Good condition. Small dent on one calf.
Kihei NAKAMURA (1913-1996) trained as a self-taught sculptor from the age of 18. He participated in the 1961 Nitten exhibition (Salon des Beaux-Arts). He is known as the emblematic sculptor of his hometown Ina (a large part of his works are exhibited there).
An illustrated note on the artist and a certificate will be given to the buyer.
