"Late 17th Century Walnut Chest Of Drawers With Louis XIV Inlays"
Elegant
walnut chest of drawers, hand-carved and embellished with fruitwood inlays. The
piece features three ergonomic drawers, ideal for storing objects, decorated on
the front with refined geometric inlays that enhance its elegance; geometric
inlay details also feature on the sides. The bracketed legs are carved and
perforated in the shape of plant scrolls, lending a touch of refinement. The
chest of drawers is in good condition and retains its original lost-wax cast
bronze locks. This highly elegant and tasteful piece of furniture can furnish
any space with class and sophistication. Made in Northern Italy during the
Louis XIV period, around the end of the 17th century.
