His painting is in the Louvre Museum in Paris. The Infanta Maria Theresa of Austria, Queen of France and Navarre, is the daughter of Philip IV of Spain and Elisabeth of Bourbon. In 1660, following the Treaty of the Pyrenees, she married Louis XIV in Saint Jean de Luz, a marriage which sealed the reconciliation between France and Spain.
