Pennant of the 21st Battalion of foot hunters between 1855 & 1963, XIX° - XX°. Navy blue satinette pennant edged with yellow thread with the number 21 in the center in a hunting corps and 2 small corps with the number 1, edged with fringes and mounted on a Lebel rifle bayonet called "Rosalie" with iron handle in the 1886/15 model, numbered FL 15121. This battalion was created in Metz in 1855 and dissolved in 1963. Algerian period in 1871, province of Constantine.
