Our 'Grand Duke' is posed and in full observation of a prey, with its large eyes of nocturnal raptor. Sculpture in glazed stoneware of a beautiful dark green, with light green nuances, going up to brown. Its head is massive, marked by two large round eyes and two tufts, here folded back. The body is powerful, supported by legs with three solid ringed talons. Its large wings are folded backwards and cross over a large flat tail. Very good general condition for this animal sculpture.
