- Round and scalloped polychrome earthenware dish from the Gien factory representing a deer with thirteen horns from the Rambouillet service designed by Jean Bertholle for the Gien earthenware factory.- Decor entirely hand-painted.- Created in 1955 by the Gien earthenware factory to meet the request of the President of the Republic René Coty to equip the prestigious residences which housed the presidential hunts. - Signed with the stamp of the Gien factory in black mark at the castle with a ribbon and the mention Gien inside and France below the ribbon and the intertwined initials .CG of the decorator of the Gien earthenware factory underglaze with a circle and the letters .JS Engraved in hollow in the paste on the back of the dish for the years 1938-1960.- Period 20th century, circa 1938-1960.
