This group of Wild Boars was presented in plaster at the 1927 Salon. The artist perfectly illustrates the scene he intended to represent, combining the accuracy of the attitudes and the movement, with the evocation of a wild environment. The company emerges from the vegetation, leaps onto this tortuous terrain and comes to life in this beautiful cast by Susse, using the lost wax technique.
