"Fan "under The Sign Of Love" "
Beautiful silk and blond horn fan, sequin embroidery from the late 18th century - early 19th century. Blond horn frame, engraved and enhanced with gold with motifs of flowers, garlands of leaves, Louis XVI knots and bows with their arrows; probably a lover's or wedding gift... Water green silk leaf embroidered with magnificent sequin friezes (leaves, various stars, flowers etc.) representing a leafy crown as the main decoration. Openwork in the upper part decorated with tulle imitating draperies and enhanced with sequins. The whole remains in good condition. Presented in a frame under glass, professional framing work.
