Magnificent ewer in engraved crystal and silver, late 19th century. Ewer in cut crystal and engraved with garlands of flowers, probably Baccarat. Finely chiseled solid silver frame with rocaille decoration of trellis, volutes and flowers. Crossed ribbon frieze around the foot and the handle. Mercury head hallmark (export) and hallmark of the silversmith Victor Boivin (. Registered in 1897 and worked until his takeover at the beginning of the 20th century by Ravinet Denfert, 5 rue de Montmorency, Paris). Total height: 32 cm / Base diameter: 10.5 cm.
