Solid green binding in used condition, testifying to frequent consultation. Corners bumped, covers rubbed. Headcaps present and solid. Healthy interior, paper foxing.
On the first cover of the binding, slightly stained on its right side, is read "LAVATER DES FEMMES" in gilt letters, while the title of the endpaper mentions "des Dames".
