Louis XIV Regency Mirror
Giltwood pedimented mirror from the Regency period, circa 1715-1723. Openwork pedimented mirror in a carved and gilded wood pedimented frame. The pediment is decorated with a bouquet of flowers, acanthus leaves, two dolphins, and a baguette frame with spandrels. Two cracks on the glazing beads. Wear to the gilding. Probably Parisian work from the Regency period, circa 1715-1723.
