"Second Half Of The 16th Century Small Walnut Sideboard With Inlays "
Elegant
small sideboard in solid blond walnut wood carved by hand. The sideboard has a
structure and decorations typical of the late Renaissance, such as the carved
undertop with the traditional pods and the bracket feet. An additional
decorative detail adds a distinctive touch: fruitwood inlays on the door,
characterized by floral motifs and a compass rose in the center, which enhance
its elegance. The sideboard has a small drawer and a door that opens onto two
internal shelves, the latter can be opened with an original bronze lock. This
sideboard is certainly a unique piece of furniture, capable of furnishing any
room with taste and refinement. Tuscan-Umbrian manufacture (central Italy) from
the second half of the 16th century.
