"Round Burr Walnut Table With Central Star – Early 19th Century"

Elegant round table of Italian origin, dating from the early 19th century. The 101 cm diameter top is entirely veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut, with a richly textured and decorative grain. A finely inlaid star motif adorns the centre, demonstrating skilled craftsmanship and balance.
The structure is made of oak: the turned column base stands on three shaped legs, while secondary elements are veneered in plain walnut. Total height: 79 cm.
A highly decorative yet functional piece, suitable for everyday use. Conservatively restored and ready to use.
