Empire period mirror from the early 19th century in painted wood and gilded stucco.
Slab columns with Corinthian capitals and sheaves of wheat separated by wreaths frame the mirror's star-decorated frame. The central pediment features a mythological scene, depicting a vestal virgin before a fire making offerings to Cupid, who holds a bow and arrow.
The original mercury mirror is widely used.
