Diana - Bronze By Pierre Le Faguays Circa 1925-1930 - H66.5 Cm - Susse Frères Founder #627

This famous model is made of bronze with an original nuanced green patina. This is the large version (H66,5 cm) - the branches of the bow unscrew for transport. Pierre LeFaguays (1892-1962) was a sculptor known for his refined and graphic Art Deco style productions. He worked with the famous founder Susse.
Our copy has some small oxidation visible in the draperies, and Diana's neck. In the folds of the draperies, the rock, we notice a dusting. There has been no restoration, nor shocks on the figure. The screw thread of one of the branches of the bow has been replaced, (presence of a micro-crack). A micro-scratch on the edge of the base. Shipping will be done with DHL. The sculpture is in 2 parts for transport: base / figure. A double nut for this. Weight 8 kg.
