18th century Dutch games table. Made of walnut wood and veneer and light wood trim. The top features an inlaid decoration of an antique flowered vase on which a bird is perched, the whole adorned with leafy scrolls. It opens with a flap revealing green felt as well as foliated flowers inscribed in medallions positioned at each corner. The belt takes up part of the iconography of the board.
