Victorian Writing Box, 19th Century
Superb writing desk in walnut, 19th century.
The upper part opens using a key, accompanied by its lock in working order.
Inside, we find several letter-carrying compartments.
A tab at the top allows the opening of a storage space.
The interiors are made of mahogany wood and the writing board is equipped with its original blue velvet.
The hinges and caps of inkwells are decorated and engraved with the same pattern.
The writing desk is also equipped with two original inkwells and a pencil case.
