Wall-mounted Stoup In Earthenware, Italy, 17th Century
Wall-mounted stoup in polychrome glazed
earthenware with blue, manganese, and yellow decoration.
The whole is topped with two winged
cherubs in relief crowning the figure of a monk depicted as a bust in
the center of the composition.
The base of the stoup is flanked by the
head of a winged cherub.

chips)
