"Pair Of Large 18th Century Wine Glasses, Solid Foot And Teardrop, Circa 1750"
A pair of hand-blown wine glasses in very good condition, dating from the time of George II, mid-18th century, circa 1750. These wine glasses are hand-blown from English lead glass. They are heavy and a soft grey colour. The glass has the usual streaks, inclusions and small bubbles of 18th century glass, which gives these glasses their unique charm, as no two glasses are alike. Bent stem, gilt rim on top.
Both glasses are in perfect condition.
