Beautiful set of three solid silver egg cups, from the 19th century.The circular base is decorated with a palmette frieze, and the base of the body is decorated with gadroons. The plain body ends with a beaded frieze.
Empire period.
PARIS 1809 to 1819.
By the silversmith Hubert DESNOYERS.
They are of fine quality and in very good condition.
Each egg cup is hallmarked with the second rooster for 1809 to 1819, the guaranteed average for Paris, and the silversmith's mark within a diamond A H D.
