"Pair Of Silver Salt Cellars, Paris 1789."
Pair of covered salt cellars in solid silver, Louis XVI period.
Oval in shape, the body is entirely openworked with cherubs holding floral garlands.
In the center, there is a blank medallion. It rests on four feet. The domed lids are decorated with channels and gadroons ending in a seed.

PARIS 1788.
Silversmith: barely legible. Marks of charge, jurande, master silversmith and discharge on the bodies and lids.

Blue glass interiors in perfect condition. Weight without the glasses: 134 gr.
